Bailey Weiss
Visitors to our office are often greeted by Bailey Weiss, a purebred Shih Tzu.
Bailey joined the team in 2016 after the unfortunate passing of her original owner. After his death, litigation commenced between his surviving family members over his estate. Due to uncertainty about who had the right to act as Personal Representative of the Estate, the presiding probate judge appointed Mr. Weiss as curator, which is a temporary administrator of an estate under Florida law. Unfortunately, none of the surviving family members were able to take Bailey, so she decided to stay with Mr. Weiss. Her good nature and outgoing personality make her an asset to the firm.
Bailey often spends her time in the office greeting clients, receiving deliveries, and napping. Bailey is not a member of The Florida Bar.
