Our approach to estate planning is simple: one size does not fit all.  Estate Planning is about more than just peace of mind. Whether the proper vehicle is a Will or a Trust, we are available to assist in preparing each and every type of estate plan in accordance with the individual client wishes and in the clients’ best interests. Each client’s individual needs are carefully reviewed by an Attorney in order to provide them with the most appropriate and beneficial estate planning package. We even offer in-home consultations and document execution in order to accommodate the special needs of our clients.  As part of our estate planning practice, we prepare wills, trusts (both revocable and irrevocable), partnership agreements, prenuptial agreements, powers of attorney, designations of preneed guardians, and living wills.
